Veterans Outreach Center of Rochester

The VOC was founded in 1973 to help Vietnam Veterans. They now support all veterans -- World War II, Korea, Vietnam, the Persian Gulf; those who served their country during peacetime; and the men and women of the Guard and Reserve. Services include: advocacy, benefits assistance, counseling (individual, group, couples and family), crisis intervention and case management, job development and employment assistance, outreach to homeless and at-risk veterans, and referrals.

Rochester Hope For Pets

The mission of Rochester Hope for Pets is threefold: improving the quality of life for Rochester area companion animals by providing grants for veterinary care to pets whose owners are in times of need; assisting veterinary health teams with continuing education, research, and new technology for the advancement of companion animal care; and providing support to animal-related nonprofit organizations whose missions support homeless animals in need.

2020 Thanksgiving Appeal - an Amazing Response

We were so inspired by the generosity of those participating in the Small Business Council of Rochester's annual Thanksgiving Appeal! In past years, we collected enough donations to build 4 boxes of food. This year so many of you came together to help! Were were able to build 15 boxes and provide a healthy Thanksgiving meal to many struggling families in Rochester. Together we are making a positive impact in our community - Thank you!

Expressing Gratitude to All Rochester Area Essential Workers

2020 was a year of national uncertainty and stress. We salute the everyday heroes on the front lines of the pandemic, that bravely put their lives and their family's lives at risk. From mail carriers, delivery drivers and municipal workers to healthcare, grocery and pharmacy employees. We recognize their commitment and say thank you! Our firm teamed up with Mark's Pizzeria to provide free large pizza vouchers to PWM clients and associates to share with the essential workers they know.

At PWM, we strongly believe in supporting our local community by donating time and resources to institutions that are close to our hearts. Our goal is to benefit organizations emphasizing education, empowerment, workforce development and those that honor our local veterans.

Our Goal is to increase awareness of worthy organizations and to facilitate the donation process for our clients, our friends and our families.

Since 2012, the year we began hosting our annual Honor Flight benefit and Red Wings event, we have collected over $4,750 to benefit our local veterans.

Your Donations have provided veterans with honor and closure by funding their transportation to Washington D.C. to view their memorials and receive a hero's welcome.
